One of TEKsystems's clients, a leading producer of construction aggregate materials is looking for a Mid-to-Sr. Level Business Analyst to join their team.
The candidate will join an existing team of business analysts and the primary responsibilities are to be client-facing to external and internal customers and understand the respective challenges and requirements as it relates to company applications (one of them is a CRM.
This person will be responsible for gathering the requirements, potentially troubleshooting the service requests themselves or triage it to a higher-level colleague, or take it to development for issue resolution and ongoing enhancements.
On a daily / weekly basis, this candidate will be client-facing support and taking incoming service request tickets of varying levels of severity (from password issues to full functionality issues).
The two main applications being supported are the CRM (ProQuo) and the primary application called Where'sMyConcrete?. Besides client-facing application support, this candidate will be involved in ongoing enhancements.
This involves taking the requirements with a storyboard / Agile approach and going to the SW Development team to make the changes;
then, in turn, this analyst will help guide the customers with the new features, etc.*
The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills (verbal and written) to provide superior customer service. The successful candidate will be compassionate and patient but also be highly analytical and curious in order to solve complex problems and keep digging and resilient to ensure the business challenge is handled.

This position is onsite in the Las Colinas / Irving market. There is a pretty extensive training period where the new candidate would learn and "shadow" exiting team members.
Once the training period is over, there is on-call requirements that are rotating.
