Commercial Business Unit

Our Commercial Business team focuses on working with exciting growing organizations of 200-5,000 employees. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities.

You Will Be Aligned To The Following :

Public Sector / Higher Education - selling to Commercial level educational institutions.

Day to Day

Our Commercial Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and / or new customers.
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Average of 5-10 years of experience preferred of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
  • Experience managing a list of 2-20 accounts, 100% existing customers OR 50-200 accounts, 100% New Logo.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
  • Education sales experience is a plus.
