Boston Sports Medicine is seeking a Human Resources Director with a minimum of two years' experience at a company with at least 20 employees.
Experience in a hospital or health care company is preferred. A relevant bachelor's degree is required.
This position will require 40-hours on-site between multiple location of Boston Sports Medicine, so a car and local residence in the Boston area are essential.
The responsibilities will include :
- quarterly informal clinical staff performance appraisals
- tracking and communicating clinical performance metrics of each staff member and clinic
- coordinating onboarding and training new clinical employees
- managing staff and clinic work schedules
- planning monthly staff meetings and quarterly company outings
- monitoring patient / client satisfaction
- monitoring and reporting clinical staff job satisfaction
- disseminating company information to staff
- reporting staff and clinic supply and capital equipment requests
This is a full-time, salaried position with a full benefits package.
