Job Title : RN Clinical Nurse Job Specialty : Registered Nurse / Licensed - Outpatient Job Duration : 13 months Shift : Day (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Preferred : Experience with direct patient care License : Current / active license as a registered nurse in the state Certifications : - Basic Life Support (BLS)- Additional certifications such as ACLS / PALS may be required in some practice areas Must-Have : - Ability to read, write, and speak English- Basic computer skills and ability to optimize the use of technology in clinical care- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies with composure Job Description : Be an active member of an interdisciplinary team ensuring individualized, high-quality, safe patient care.

• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to cultural diversity.- Partner with patients and significant others using suitable methods for effective communication and care planning.
• Perform the Nursing Process, incorporating assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe and high-quality patient care.- Participate in and support performance improvement activities.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor for other nurses to help build a qualified workforce.- Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement.
• Uphold all healthcare system policies, standards, and professional associations' legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Engage in data collection and use evidence to address clinical practice questions.- Plan proactively for patient care across the care continuum and collaborate with other healthcare team members to achieve best practice outcomes.
