Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.

Marketing Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Marketing function.

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
  • 4-8 years experience in marketing, finance, strategy, customer experience, business development, or data & analytics preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, primary and secondary research, and market intelligence work
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical skillsets and experience with the following is preferred : Qualtrics or related surveying platforms, SQL, AlphaSense or related market intel platforms, Alteryx
  • Strong communication skills
  • A strong sense of curiosity and initiative to find data-driven answers to the hypotheses posed by commercial teams
  • Independently researches on market intel platforms, anaylzes complex data across multiple systems, and conducts surveys to triangulate meaningful insights for the Edgepark business
  • Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop strategies for the marketing teams to drive revenue growth
  • Supports Edgepark marketing team in delivering datasets or insights needed to execute on our market strategy
  • Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
  • Clearly demonstrates the ability to analyze complex data sources and synthesize into digestible and actionable insights for the Edgepark leadership team
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
  • May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
  • Works on complex projects of large scope
  • Completes work independently
  • Receives general guidance on new projects
  • May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
  • Establish standard tracking mechanisms for event and conversion tracking to measure effectiveness from paid and organic campaigns
  • Works closely with the digital and channel marketing team to test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of content across channels to boost customer engagement and conversions and lower the cost of customer acquisition
  • Establish consistent dashboards and develop models for data presentation so the Edgepark marketing team can leverage data to create useful, actionable insights and optimize campaign performance

Anticipated salary range : $78,500 - $130,035
