Job Description : We are looking for a responsible and experienced Landscaper Crew Driver to operate a landscaping truck with an enclosed trailer.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving to various job sites and have the ability to safely back up the truck with the trailer.
This position is crucial to the daily operations of our landscaping projects, ensuring that equipment and materials are transported efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities : Safely drive a work truck with an enclosed trailer to and from job sites.Load and secure landscaping equipment and materials in the trailer.
Back up and maneuver the truck with the trailer into tight spaces and at job sites.Ensure that all driving activities comply with local traffic laws and company safety standards.
Perform routine inspections of the truck and trailer, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns.Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials at job sites.
Work collaboratively with the landscaping crew to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and trailer.
Requirements : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Proven experience driving a truck with a trailer, including backing up and maneuvering in various environments.
Strong understanding of safety practices related to driving and transporting equipment.Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
Experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus, but not required.
