Technology & Systems Department

The Technology & Systems department drives technological innovation for the company and advances the technology strategy to support global growth.

This includes IT, Software Development, OT / Automation Systems, and Business Process Improvement.

Position Overview

Vantage is looking for an experienced and detailed orientated Technical Project Manager, Global to facilitate the successful completion of projects for Digital Products.

You will also be a key contributor in facilitating the multi-functional alignment with key executive partners for all Technology & Systems strategic priorities.

The IT Digital Products team includes the following areas : Enterprise Architecture, Custom Digital Solutions, Integrations, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Advanced Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

As a key contributor this position will interface regularly with technology leaders and internal groups such Operations and Sales.

The ability to influence and foster consensus across teams at all organizational levels is crucial to be successful in this role.

A good understanding of business processes, challenges and goals is required to provide insightful ideas and creative solutions when faced with issues.

Ultimately the role will suit someone who is forward-thinking and can navigate obstacles well.

This position will be based on-site at our office in Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

Essential Job Functions

Lead project planning, resource management, reporting, and implementation of projects globally for analytics, enterprise architecture, and software development (including integrations)

Design and develop performance measurements, metrics, dashboards to provide analytical insights to business partners

Oversee the design and development of an enterprise Data Lake

Lead OT / IoT solution(s) project(s)

Facilitate strategic alignment sessions with senior leaders

Duties

Responsible for the coordination and delivery of analytics, data, and software development projects on schedule, within budget and with demonstrated actual value realized

Negotiate and influence expertly with multiple teams who have competing priorities, reduce conflict and foster better relationships to deliver projects successfully

Collaborate within IT departments to ensure upon successful completion of project all manuals, training and handover activities are completed

Work with suppliers and vendors to coordinate work as required

Create clear and accurate reports for business partners throughout the lifecycle of the project

Continually examine ongoing projects identifying potential issues and skillfully adapt plans to overcome

Assign and oversee project tasks of all impacted partners and hold the team accountable while working toward established achievements.

Coach, mentor and train others on continuous improvement techniques and standard methods for reporting results

Use Technical Project Management experience to improve all aspects of project planning, resource management, reporting, solution evaluation and implementation

Solve technical problems and implement preventative controls with data analysis, root cause identification and effective control plans

Work closely with teams to provide analytical insights, process improvements, operational excellence, and customer success

Job Requirements

8+ years of project management experience with emphasis on continuous improvement in a technical field with demonstrable results

Extensive experience project managing sophisticated business intelligence, software product development, and data management projects

Good knowledge of enterprise and data architecture concepts, systems integration, and cloud computing

Strong statistical analysis skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy

Highly skilled at reporting Key Performance Indicators demonstrating automated reporting and live dashboards which will be used all levels within the organization

Experienced organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-task and quickly contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project

Accredited professional project management certifications such as Prince2, APM (PMQ / PPQ) and AgilePM

Bilingual in either English / French or English / German would be highly desirable but not required

Functions of this position are to be performed in a company-designated office or field location in-line with the company flexible working policy, minimum of 3 days a week

Travel required is expected to be 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves

Additional Details

Salary Range : $140,000-$150,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
