You Are :

You are an experienced Technical Program Manager with a robust background in managing complex data center projects. You excel in strategic planning, possess strong technical acumen, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders ensures the successful execution of data center site initiatives and global infrastructure projects.

You are adept at identifying and mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, and implementing process improvements. Your excellent communication and leadership skills enable you to provide clear updates to senior management and drive your team towards success.

What You'll Be Doing :

Leading large-scale data center projects from inception to completion, including capacity expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology implementations.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, IT) and external vendors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles to ensure project success.

Providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.

Implementing and improving processes for project management and operational efficiency.

Staying current with emerging data center technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance project outcomes.

What You'll Need :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in data center or IT infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of data center technologies, including power, cooling, networking, and server systems.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.

You will be part of a dedicated IT team focused on optimizing and expanding Synopsys' data center & Infrastructure operations.

Our team is committed to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We work closely with various departments to ensure our data center projects align with the company's strategic goals and deliver tangible value.

Rewards and Benefits :

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $113,000.00 - $169,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.

Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
