We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Edina, Minnesota, for a short term contract position within the retail industry.
This role will involve handling customer service duties such as answering inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records.
The successful candidate will also be tasked with data entry duties and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner to assist customers with their inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information as necessary
- Handle data entry tasks to ensure customer information is up-to-date and accurate
- Schedule appointments as per customer requests and company requirements
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks including order entry and email correspondence
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls as necessary
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary
- Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Experience working in a call center providing customer service
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to respond professionally to customer email correspondence
- Familiarity with order entry systems
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively
- Retail industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with customers in a respectful and courteous manner
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
