Responsibilities
- Cross-functional collaboration teams to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, execute ongoing priorities, and align functional requirements and business cases with strategic priorities.
- Communicate product roadmap priorities, rationale, and expectations to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage directly with strategic customers and broader Customer Success organization to synthesize the voice of customer for product roadmap development.
- Create and maintain artifacts like product overview presentations, roadmap requirements, customer enhancement requests, roadmap ideas.
- Support ongoing strategic initiatives for product and organizational improvements.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, science, or business discipline
- 5+ years of experience with B2B, enterprise software products (preferably SaaS) in Product Management or Product Strategy roles
- Track-record of working across the product roadmap process from concept to delivery.
- Experience with managing products at scale (products with at least 500+ direct customers)
