Responsibilities :
- Monitor all employees scheduled for your shift.
- Ensure employees are productive while at work.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Meet productivity standards and benchmarks in the assigned location.
- Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
- Coach and mentor new employees.
- Cover for the Site Manager during days off and perform tasks as directed.
- Step in as lead driver / transporters and assist car cleaners (VSAs) as needed to meet customer demands.
Requirements :
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Pay : $13 per hour, with weekly pay.
Location : West Palm Beach Airport
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
