Job Description

As a Security Professional - Logistics Screener Patrol in Stockton, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and assets. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will embody Allied Universal's values by working as part of a reliable and innovative team, always acting with integrity and putting people first. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Screen individuals entering the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and / or packages as required by site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
  • Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items from entering the location.
  • Maintain detailed records of screening activities, incidents, and / or any unusual occurrences as required by site management.
  • Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and / or concerns.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and / or unauthorized access.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
