POSITION SUMMARY :
The Sportsbook CRM Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Caesars Sportsbook marketing strategy and CRM teams in executing the digital sportsbook customer communications plan.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Deploy and coordinate customer acquisition and retention messaging
Coordinate pre-planned and live, in-the-moment messaging to meet customer needs and business objectives
Manage the day-to-day execution of messaging material to maintain quality assurance
Validate all copy and graphic materials upon receipt
Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are deployed accurately and in a timely manner to meet deadlines
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
1-2 years of applicable marketing experience
Experience within the Sportsbook or Casino industry preferred but not required
Computer literate; experience working with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Salesforce, Airship, Optimove, Workfront and other marketing products a plus
Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule required to adhere to Sportsbook customer needs with weeknight and weekend shifts required
Experience working in a regulated industry a plus but not required
Minimum 21 years of age
QUALIFICATIONS :
Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of business acumen to troubleshoot and solve problems with guidance from supervisor
Experience executing business plans with digital / marketing counterparts
Ability to uphold the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Track record of working against deadlines
Attention to detail and prioritization of accuracy
