Service Assistant - Holman Motorcars Fort Lauderdale

Holman Motorcars Fort Lauderdale is looking for a Service Assistant to join our team and help deliver a seamless and exceptional service experience to our valued customers.

What You’ll Do :

Make frequent outbound calls to customers for Service appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and updates.

Greet service customers warmly and professionally upon arrival

Schedule and manage pick-up and delivery appointments for service customers

Monitor repair orders for accuracy, ensuring all details are correct and up to date

Assist with reservation planning and loaner vehicle coordination

Produce loaner agreements and check vehicles in / out as needed

Collaborate with BDC on no-shows, declined services

Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally

Demonstrate vehicle functions and go above and beyond to enhance the customer experience

What are we looking for?

Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements

• We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $21 - $25 USD per hour .
