We are seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA, US. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational facets of the store in collaboration with the General Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage all operational aspects of the store alongside the General Manager in Lawrenceville, GA, US.
  • Implement Big Dave's Cheesesteak's Standard Operating Procedures to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the Big Dave’s Training program for restaurant team members to enhance unit operations and customer experience.
  • Carry out company initiatives as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations at all times.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for Team Members following standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate and uphold operational policies and procedures effectively.
  • Maintain food specifications, recipe adherence, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor and meet ticket times standards consistently.
  • Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and chemicals to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain par levels for inventory control.
  • Ensure equipment, building, and premises meet regulatory and SOP standards.
  • Keep small wares well-stocked and in good condition.
  • Uphold cleanliness and appearance standards for the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to sanitation practices as per regulations and SOPs.
  • Properly store and handle food items, ensuring labeling, dating, rotation, and temperature control.
  • Implement and oversee a comprehensive deep-cleaning schedule.

Qualifications :

  • Must have at least 6 months of experience leading a team in the food service industry.
  • Should demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and a genuine willingness to assist customers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and driven to achieve goals.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Displays energy, proactivity, innovation, and adaptability.
  • Comfortable with being in a visible role within the organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Honest, ethical, and reliable.
  • Expected to attend all mandatory meetings, whether virtual or in-person, as required by business needs.
  • Support the General Manager during restaurant meetings and briefings.
  • Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing during daily tasks.
  • Ability to lift or move kitchen supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to take on additional assigned tasks when necessary.

Compensation :

$40,000 yearly + Bonus Eligible
