We are currently searching for a high-performing Director of Store Planning and Development to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Events and Expansion, this key player will be responsible for managing our store development programs nationally, securing financing for approved projects, overseeing construction projects through detailed timelines and hands-on project management, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution in all locations.

The ideal candidate brings an extensive background in construction / project management, budget / capex planning and allocation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and facilities management.

To be successful in this role you'll have : Expertise in planning and managing multiple build projects at once, including end-to-end management of new store build-outs Exceptional budget management and invoice tracking skills Deep understanding of municipal build regulations and requirements Ability to contribute effectively in the value engineering process to reduce costs without compromising brand objectives Exceptional project management skills Proven ability to effectively onboard and negotiate with new vendors and contractors to achieve desired outcomes Key Responsibilities : Organize buildout plans, sequencing, timelines and calendars for pipeline of build and maintenance projects Select and manage vendors to the completion of contracted deliveries Work with finance to estimate and secure financing for all projects and control expenses through to completion Ensure compliance with local municipalities through permit acquisition Plan and manage the maintenance budget and projects for all existing facilities Track and oversee progress via frequent site-visits travel required Requirements : Based in New Orleans, requiring regular in-person office presence in our New Orleans headquarters.
