• 24-hour out-of-house call coverage, 7am - 7am shifts
• 40 - 88 deliveries per month, 25% C-section rate
• Level I nursery coverage ability to stabilize high-risk newborns required
• Emergency department consultations with 12-hour observation capability
• Required skills : newborn intubation, ventilation management, arterial lines
• Emergency coverage needed
• 2-7 nursery patients, plus med-surg admissions for 0-2 month pediatrics
• No NNP backup available
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
