Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for a supply chain customer support professional to help a manufacturing firm process orders during an influx of new business resulting from an office location change.

Employment Type : Long-Term Temporary / Contract (6 mo+) (Potential to Convert Permanent)
Hours : Monday Friday; 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)
Worksite : In-Office / Onsite
Dress Code : Business Casual
Report To : Director of Sales & Customer Support

Responsibilities :
Handling inbound calls, emails, and messages for technical product orders and processing requests
Assisting customers with order expediting, order quoting, shipping status, and missing documentation
Relaying technical issues to the correct department when needed
Processing customer orders & complex quotes in Salesforce CRM and other systems as needed
Requirements :
2-3 years of B2B Order Entry / Processing Customer Support experience in a manufacturing and / or industrial organization
Prior experience with order entry, shipment documentation, order expediting, and data entry into an ERP / CRM system
Ability to quickly process order quotes using short-hand mathematical equations while also talking on the phone with a business looking to purchase a product
Exceptional phone & email communication ability must be professional, prompt, etc.
