About the Job
- Working with a strong HSE&S Americas Team, to ensure a consistent approach to the Health, Safety and Environmental best practices are applied through different systems and databases.
- Manage the HSE master document list ensuring the follow up and update of the documents according with the document review cycle, support to the users in the office and site in the different systems and databases, follow up to the effective use of the HSE database through reporting and dashboards auditing and case reviews for HSE Americas.
- Maintains the Project HSE Training Plan and associated records.
- Assists in the development of HSE Information Packs for main subcontractors and associated campaign material.
- Coordinates multiple package contractors for day-to-day activities on site.
- Assists in the maintenance of the project Risk Management activities.
- Registers and reports status of actions.
- Reports, collects and analyzes HSE performance statistics in Global QHSES Digital Platform
- Supports participation in audits and questionnaire requests by Clients, Tendering area and HSE initiatives
- Verification of the implementation of Safe work practices in our operations.
System Administration
Project Administration of Intelex, ISN and Avetta by Americas Cluster, training, support, verification of information registration and implementation of new options for users and request by clients or projects.
Enhance HSE Culture to Americas Cluster
- HSE Monthly Initiatives by partnering with the HSE team to contribute towards focus areas and improvement opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and report in Intelex HSE performance statistics (KPI).
- Champion of Leadership Visits Program in Intelex.
- Identifies trends regarding the recurrence of accidents / incidents / near misses and provides feedback, as necessary.
- Participation in management reviews, audits, team workshops, open house, blood drives, ESG events, etc.)
- BBS + You've been caught being an HSE&S champion + See it. Stop it. Submit it. Site safety walks, office walks, distribution of blue cards, BBS training for site personnel.
- Ensure availability of database on HSE&S Houston T.ENET page and remind personnel of the Five for T.EN viva engage page.
- D&A, Backgrounds, and Trainings for site badging.
Regulatory and Compliance
- Support for third party database that house safe work practices related to projects.
- Support and participate in internal and external audits as needed for ISO 14001, 27001, 45001 certifications, Clients, ISO, RAVS, NCMS, Avetta.
- Best Practices - Review audit feedback (internal, external) to determine improvements needed.
- Provide update HSE KPI data to Tendering to support Client questioners. Review Subcontractor information to ensure that they are qualified to perform work under T.EN HSE requirements.
- Document Control Manage the HSE master document list ensuring the follow up and update of the documents according with the document review cycle
Training Support to HOC
- Verification of training compliance for project
- Work with contractors to determine training gaps for projects.
Project Site / Field Support
- Track report Key Performance Indicators in Intelex and dashboard analysis for the site.
- Incident Review - Post-incident documentation review; monthly review of T.EN + relevant external incidents (get from ISN, etc.
Safety program (instructions, training, meetings, inspections, and incentives).
- Track Lessons Learned Mining (HSE) Post-project, post gates in Intelex.
- Ensure proper reporting of accidents and incidents through Intelex.
- Travel as required. Other duties as assigned.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental & Safety Management or related HSE or Engineering degrees
- Less than 2 years experience in training and HSE program delivery
- Digital skills to work on digitalization of HSE processes
