About The Position
Job Title : Medical Laboratory Technician Job Specialty : Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : 7 on / 7 off, Thursday to Wednesday 8 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM (until 8 : 00 AM on weekend mornings) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs / week Experience : Not specified License : Not specified Certifications : ASCP, BLS Must-Have : - ASCP certification- BLS certification Job Description : Work as part of the main laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate test results.
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures as per protocol.- Maintain high standards of laboratory safety and hygiene.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing laboratory equipment and software.- Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.- Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills when handling laboratory operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and laboratory activities.- Participate in continuous education and training programs.
