Technology Lead, Senior

Key Role :

Leverage subject matter expertise and serve as senior engineer leading the development of te chn ical solutions for opportunities across Federal markets.

Aid in the development of firmwide intellectual capital development to drive next generation technology concepts, maintaining te chnical relationships with clients and industry to keep pace with new and innovative use cases and opportunities.

Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications :

Experience working with customers to understand their technology needs and challenges

Experience in te chn ical engineering leadership roles, including leading te chn ically diverse teams for successful deliveries on complex engineering programs to support products, services, and operations

Experience architecting and designing complex DoD systems and concentrating on networking, switching and VPN te chn ologies for remote access solutions

Experience leading the design, testing and deployment of DoD systems

Experience supporting capture efforts and small- to medium-scale proposals

Ability to conduct research, case studies, white papers, and pilot projects to gauge the viability and potential impact of new technologies

Top Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;

Top Secret clearance is required .

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
