As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at XTalk Prep Consultants, you will be the backbone of the sales team, providing essential support to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and client management.
• Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-up calls, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Communicate with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Support the team in reaching sales goals by conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
