We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!
- Full Time (Monday - Friday) Hybrid schedule - remote opportunities
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries via email & text
- Customer & Sales Rep Support
- Bilingual a plus but not a requirement
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
