Job Description

Join Olsson's Federal Engineering and Design Team as a Project Structural Engineer, where you'll contribute to high-impact federal projects including military installations, VA facilities, and other government infrastructure. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering structural solutions that meet rigorous federal standards and improve communities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts for federal projects, including DoD and VA facilities.
• Perform engineering analysis and develop construction documents for vertical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural systems with architectural, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with UFC, IBC, and other federal design standards.
• Support proposal development and participate in federal RFP responses.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team development.
