Automotive shop in Woodbury, MN seeking an experienced A Level Diagnostic Tech with some Leadership Experience!This European automotive shop started with a passion for cars and a vision to help educate people on their vehicles.

Job Details
- Working in shop as diagnostician
- Working on vehicles, assisting techs and some managerial duties required
- Diagnostics experience required
- Leadership experience required
- EV experience great
- ASE preferred
- BMW, Volkswagen, Audi experience key
- Sit on leadership team and provide shop feedback
- Manage employee productivity and outcomes
- Formal oversight of 3-6 technicians
- Manage shop productivity
- Set goals and monitor progress
- Must be an organized, motivated leader
- Looking for an individual who is outgoing, well spoken, flexible, adaptable, driven, ability to slow down and educate and wanting to help others
- Open to both dealership and independent experience but must have some independent experience
