What We seek :

• Must have restaurant experience : 4+ years in a full-service environment
• High Volume Experience is a MUST : At Least $3M / year in Volume
• Operations Knowledge : Proficient in managing FOH with a strong grasp of BOH processes, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining high standards in food quality and service.
• Team Leadership : Build and mentor a motivated, cohesive team in a full service environment.
• Customer-Focused : Anticipate and exceed customer expectations with proactive full service experience.
• Safety and Sanitation : Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
