Requirements to Embark on This Journey :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and professional development.
