Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to our operations team. We are a leader in the window and door replacement industry and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization.

Schedule for this role : Monday through Friday, 7am - 3 : 30pm.

What you'll be doing :
- Keep the warehouse organized; you'll be on the ground floor of establishing and organizing our new facility
- Safety oriented / adhere to OSHA regulations
- Unloading / loading installation trucks
- Work with vendors and suppliers
- Materials pickup
- Receiving orders
- Staging of construction materials for installation crews
- Maintain clean working areas
Who you are :
- Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others - Being a team player is a must!
- Attention to written instructions : Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation
- Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials is a plus
- Customer service focus
- Forklift certified is preferred
- Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus
- Valid Driver License and clean driving record is required
- Able to drive a wide body box truck that is approximately 12' in height, with a GVWR of 16,000lbs
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Requirements :
- A valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite
- Good communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Good time management and organization skills
- Ability to drive a large box truck
- Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours
Physical Demands
- The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw)
- Lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Use of personal protective equipment
- Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours
