About the Company :
Our client is a leading accounting and advisory firm with domestic and international clients. The Senior Tax Associate will be responsible for the preparation of not-for-profit tax returns.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare Forms 990, 990-PF and 990-T and provide advice to clients regarding exempt organization and tax return issues
- Gather and manipulate audit and client information as needed to prepare returns
- Identify when research is needed, clearly and concisely frame issues to be researched and report the analysis
- Develop and train staff level team members
- Work closely with tax supervisors and managers to satisfy the needs with planning compliance
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of tax experience in public accounting
- Knowledge of IRS codes and exempt organization tax matters
- Knowledge of ProSystem fx, Engagement a plus
Salary Range : $85,000-$105,000
