Essential Duties
Learn how people analytics informs strategic decisions and enhances organizational performance through data evaluation.
- Collaborate on projects analyzing engagement survey results, turnover, and others.
- Work closely with various teams within the People department, such as HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Safety, and Total Rewards.
- Use Power BI to create dynamic reports and visualizations that support ongoing projects, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
- Collect and analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions and present findings through visual tools and reports for stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing Analysis, Organizational Development, or related field
- Currently college level : Junior or Senior student / Grad School
- At least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work 40 hours (or more) per week
- Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
