Musts :

• Java 17 hands-on is highly preferred; Java 11 is acceptable.
• Oracle and MongoDB ideal combo - Oracle is Primary, moving to NoSQL.
• Must be able to implement Java in NoSQL.
• Sr. Architect level - 10 years minimum experience.

Nice to Have :

• Fullstack - React or JS is good to have (70% backend).
• AWS hands-on preferred; certifications are nice to have.
• Open gateway architecture, integrating with another bank for data, APIs.

Responsibilities :

• Application Development : Design, code, test, and debug Java applications that adhere to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• AWS Integration : Utilize a variety of AWS services, such as AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS RDS, and Amazon DynamoDB, to build and deploy scalable applications in the cloud.
• Microservices Architecture : Architect and develop microservices-based applications using Java and AWS services, ensuring modularity, independence, and scalability.
• Database Management : Design and optimize databases within AWS using services like Amazon RDS or DynamoDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.

• Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal application speed and responsiveness.
• Testing and Debugging : Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to verify the correctness and reliability of the application.

Debug and resolve issues as they arise.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in agile development methodologies.
