SkyLand Ranch in Sevierville is now accepting submissions for character actors and performers for the fall 2025 season. There are a limited number of positions available for the paid core actor roles, but additional roles may become available for this highly anticipated event! Ghost Town at SkyLand Ranch is a spooky, atmospheric event focused on sensory immersion. There will be special effects such as fog and lighting, live entertainment, themed food, eerie characters, and interactive storytelling. This event will not feature gore or aggressive jump scares, yet will remain plenty creepy for an elevated guest experience.

Reward

Nightly rate : $80 per night

Meal : Complimentary meal provided

Event Tickets : Two guest tickets per night

Bonus : Reward for attending every night of event

Opportunity : Additional work available for upcoming events

Dates :

September : 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27

October : 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31

November : 1

Time : 7-11pm, depending on event demand.

• Actors and event staff must arrive no later than 6 : 30pm for costume and makeup

The Paid Core Actors must commit to attending every night of the event due to the interactive nature of the guest experience. Apply for a core role only if you can commit to the dates and times listed above.

Requirements :

The paid core actors will freely lurk among designated zones as they interact with guests. These characters are integral because they will be part of a guest scavenger hunt.

Actors will be dressed in full costume and makeup for the duration of the event. Actors must stay undesignated zones and utilize the full space to keep the areas dynamic and engaging for event guests.

This event is PG in nature. There will be no blood and no violence. All actors must agree to act within the guidelines provided by SkyLand Ranch to ensure a consistent tone.
