By joining our team, you will play a vital role in making an impact for our clients and the people they serve through our growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire lifecycle of customers' interactions with the public sector.

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Work you'll do

• Understand customers through a business lens; potentially through a marketing / branding lens.
• Work in parallel with a data team to pull insights from data to formulate future strategies for rolling out modernization efforts.
• Stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Conduct surveys and design customer interfaces for engagement channels
• Provide briefings and presentation to clients and other leaders.

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences.

A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Human-centered design (HCD) experience, strong communication and strategic thinking
• Business / data insights, stakeholder engagement, customer surveys
• Ability to work on secure client site regularly

Preferred :

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance highly desired
• Experience within retail, hospitality industry and / or food service operations from a business acumen perspective
• Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
