Hour s : 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm, 3 days a week
Role Overview : The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a paraprofessional caregiver working under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse.
The PCT assumes responsibility and accountability for activities of daily living, certain tests and procedures, environmental duties, and other tasks as designated by their competency level.
The PCT provides care for various age groups as defined in the scope of care.
Responsibilities :
Assist with activities of daily living.
Perform certain tests and procedures.
Handle environmental duties.
Carry out other tasks as designated by competency level.
Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent.
Listed in good standing on Illinois Healthcare Worker Registry.
CPR card required.
