Required Qualifications : Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months of hire.1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
