Responsibilities
- Serve as a technology solution consultant to the customer and the Cisco account team.
- Leverage an array of Cisco technology, services, and support specialists.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive on account planning activities.
- Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation, creating demand.
- Set a brand preference to Cisco.
- Align Cisco’s product and services capabilities to the customer’s business drivers.
- Partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function, showcasing Cisco solutions, delivering customer presentations, performing technical demonstrations, creating BoMs, and running proof of concept activities.
- Design solutions to meet customer outcomes and maintain rapid learning to stay current in technology.
