Employment Type : Full-time (30 hrs / week)
Job Description : We are urgently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in San Jose, CA. This position requires immediate start and will run until July 26th.
The caseload, location, and grade level will be determined with the DIS lead based on the greatest need at the time of hiring.
This is a fluid situation with changing needs, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide occupational therapy services to assigned caseload.
- Adapt to changing needs and locations as determined by the DIS lead.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support students.

Requirements :
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must bee 100% credentialed within two weeks of accepting the offer, including meeting all state and pany requirements.
- Credentialing will be reviewed by the District; you cannot start the assignment until fully credentialed.
