Bilingual Call Center Representative

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Relationship Coordinator) fluent in Mandarin and / or Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs and document all interactions in Salesforce

Follow up on Long-Term Care leads and Personal Care service requests, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments

Educate prospective members on enrollment processes and coordinate fulfillment of informational materials

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Fluency in English and an additional language (Mandarin and / or Cantonese)

Experience in member or customer service

Adequate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connection
