We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to conduct client assessments on a per diem basis in Westchester, NY.
The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric care, a strong clinical background, and a passion for delivering personalized and compassionate care to patients.
Shifts : Assessments can range from 1-3 hours.

- Medication Management
- Foley Catheter Care
- Colostomy and Ostomy Care
- G-Tube Feeding
- Insulin / Diabetic Care Management
- Hospice Care
- Hoyer Lift Transfers or Bed Bound Care
- Wound Care
- IV / PICC / Infusion
Qualifications :
- Valid NY State RN License
- At least 2 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
