Responsibilities :

Prepare printed circuit boards (PCBs) for conformal coating by applying appropriate masking materials and ensuring all surfaces are properly protected.

Accurately mask and remove masking from circuit boards following drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.

Perform conformal coating, staking, and potting processes in accordance with production standards and supervisor direction.

Operate automated coating and dispensing systems safely and efficiently.

Select and use the correct tools and materials for masking, de-masking, and coating operations to maintain product integrity.

Qualifications :

Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills; able to handle small, delicate components using microscopes and precision tools.

Proficient in reading and interpreting PCB drawings, schematics, and related documentation.

Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant quality management systems.

Previous experience with PCB conformal coating, masking, or encapsulation processes is preferred.
