  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
  • American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification\n
  • American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification\n
  • American Heart Association PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification\n
  • Valid NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification\n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills\n
  • Demonstrated emotional resilience and professionalism in high-pressure clinical settings\n

  • Deliver professional nursing care to patients from neonate to geriatric populations following ENA standards\n
  • Perform triage and prioritize emergency care based on patient acuity and department flow\n
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans\n
  • Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment\n
  • Accurately document patient history, chief complaints, and care provided in the electronic medical record\n
  • Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge planning, and referrals\n
  • Respond to medical emergencies and manage complications according to established protocols\n
  • Maintain readiness of emergency supplies and equipment\n
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team\n
