Essential Job Functions :

• Work closely with management to implement a plan to build a well-balanced and profitable portfolio Financial Lines products (DO / EPL / Fiduc / Crime / Side A DIC)
• Underwrite, rate, and service new and renewal submissions as assigned
• Ensure that underwriting files are of consistent quality and cover all relevant issues
• Actively participate in client meetings as required
• Meet regularly with assigned Financial Lines brokers; Identify and establish new relationships with FL brokers; Success to be measured by submission / quote / bind metrics compared to prior periods
• Develop a working knowledge of other Starr products to facilitate cross sale of those products where applicable

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Detail oriented; Attention to quality / accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflows efficiently
• Ability to work independently, at times, but also lead a team in a group environment
• Professional demeanor in verbal and written communications internally and externally
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Pivot-link, and similar applications
