Job Description :
Urgently seeking two senior project managers for the $100M+ five-year Strategic Value Organizations North Star Architecture (NSA) Program.
The program has just completed its business immersion sessions and is swiftly transitioning into an engagement-heavy planning and execution phase.
The first senior project manager is responsible for leading the NSA Value business organization and has been identified for elimination as a result of a vendor "Client" migration strategy and needs replacing by March 30, 2024 (will not be a Telecommunication Vendor after 3 / 30 / 24).
This position must be filled immediately as the purchase order expires on March 30th, leaving the position vacant. With multimillion-dollar implications, this role interfaces with KPMG and GTS technical leaders, coordinating all value activities for the NSA transformation.
The second position is a critical addition necessary for this stage of the NSA project and will be responsible for managing a number of Workstreams and deliverables.
Targeted Years of Experience : 7-10 years
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads.
- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed.
- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments : Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking.
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports.
- Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules.
- Gather and report performance measurement of ongoing progress.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams.
- Interface with internal / external stakeholders on a regular basis.
