Chief Compliance Officer

Responsibilities :
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns
with the company's strategic vision.
- Oversee all aspects of compliance, including regulatory affairs, data privacy, and financial reporting.
- Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and
regulations.
- Foster a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
- Lead a high-performing compliance team and provide ongoing training and development.
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or similar senior compliance role in the life
sciences industry.
- Proven track record of building and implementing effective compliance programs.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations governing gene therapy development and commercialization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative spirit and a passion for building a strong ethical foundation within the company.
