Position Details :
Position : Versatile Local Delivery Driver with Mounted Forklift Experience
Location : Portland / Vancouver Area
Join our dynamic transportation team and contribute to local beauty! We’re looking for skilled drivers to handle local deliveries using flatbed trailers or curtain-sided trailers with mounted forklifts.
This position primarily serves golf courses and landscapers, ensuring they receive their products promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate day cab trucks equipped with either flatbed or curtain-sided trailers.
- Utilize mounted forklifts for efficient offloading of products at delivery sites.
- Occasionally responsible for product pickup, adding variety to your daily routes.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of steel-toed shoes.
Requirements :
- At least 12 months of driving experience.
- Comfortable with both automatic and manual transmissions (note : automatic trucks are limited and not guaranteed).
- Must be open to morning start times, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
Compensation :
- $28.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours per week.
- Work schedule : Monday to Friday, AM shifts.
