- Leadership skills required; additional directorship stipend for 20 hours per month
- $12k for relocation; $20k sign-on bonus

- Physicians are responsible for admissions, consults, and discharge
- Malpractice through articles of sovereign immunity
- After-hours call; attending physician takes first call
- Average 15 - 18 patients per day; average 5 - 10 admissions on weekends
- Monday through Friday work schedule with 1 / 3 weekends
