A 284-bed hospital is seeking a pediatric hospitalist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in St. George, UT.
A Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist is needed from October 2024, likely for 12 months, until a permanent hire is made.
Requirements include a Fellowship, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Patient volume varies with the season, ranging from 10-12 patients per day during peak seasons (March-May and September-October) to 3-5 patients per day during the off-season.
The hospital uses the EPIC EMR system, and the credentialing process takes 60-90 days, with licensing support available.
