About The Position
Job Title : Clinical Programs Supervisor Job Specialty : Adult Services Job Duration : Not specified Shift : Days, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Must have 5 years of experience in mental health, counseling, psychology, or social services;
preference for health care or psychiatric hospital experience License : Licensed as a mental health provider (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) Certifications : - CPI required upon hire or within 60 days of employment- CPR required upon hire or within 30 days of employment Must-Have : Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related counseling field- Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices, treatments, and intervention techniques Job Description : Responsible for the daily clinical operations of mental health programs, including inpatient, intermediate outpatient, and partial hospitalization services- Plan and direct the provision of mental health services, ensuring clinical direction aligns with therapeutic programming- Supervise clinical operations and programming- Consult and partner with the care team to provide mental health-specific care to patients- Promote and participate in the development of mental health programs using an interdisciplinary team approach- Participate in monitoring quality outcomes and budgetary performance
