We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team at our program in West Covina, CA.
Position Details
As a member of the Intensive Transition Services (ITS) Team, the Licensed Transition / Care Coordinator is qualified in the human services field and possesses the skills and experience necessary to provide clinical therapeutic interventions, care coordination and supportive services to program individuals with a mental health diagnosis and Intellectual / Developmental Disability (Dually Diagnosed).
Services are provided in a multi-disciplinary team setting and done in under the clinical supervision of the Program Director.
Earn up to $93,000 annually + mileage reimbursement

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :
- Master's degrees in social work, Psychology, or another human service related field
- Current and unrestricted California license with the Board of Behavioral Sciences such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Three years experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Preferred :
At least one year of experience of case coordination and case management services
