Success as a Commercial and Residential Service Plumber will require you to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various commercial plumbing tasks, from faucet repairs to water heater installations, using the appropriate tools and materials.

This position requires you to also be comfortable with running Residential plumbing calls when needed.

Responsibilities for the Commercial and Residential Service Plumber :

• Expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and swiftly address plumbing emergencies.
• Offer customers a range of repair options for informed decision-making.
• Execute plumbing installations adhering to code standards and perform thorough testing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in accurately completing paperwork using Service Titan software.
• Uphold an honest, upbeat, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Establish effective communication channels with the dispatcher.
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.
• Ensure the truck is meticulously clean and well-organized.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 4 6 weeks.
• Communicate with the office and fellow plumbers.
• Embrace a positive and enjoyable work environment.

Requirements of the Commercial and Residential Service Plumber :

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, 10 years of experience preferred.
• Journeyman License highly preferred.
• Experience in remodel, light commercial, and tenant improvement work is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Exceptional plumbing skills are a must.
• Capability to handle commercial service calls.
• A willingness to assist with more complex residential work when required.
• Ability to estimate commercial projects or provide field assistance as needed.
• Superior plumbing skills and eagerness to support service technicians in the field when necessary.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication, strong management abilities, and a friendly personality are essential.
